Erda is run by Peter Wallace. Peter has an M.A in Modern History from St. Andrews University and is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of England and Wales.

Since qualifying with Ernst and Young in 1991, Peter has developed 30 years of experience as a Finance Director and CFO in large Pharmaceuticals Groups (Merck), Advertising Companies (Publicis and Dentsu) and then with IoT and SaaS scale up, Chargifi.

Peter has managed a series of successful Angel and VC funding rounds with Chargifi, acquired businesses, structured earn outs and managed integrations for Dentsu.

He knows what it takes to build a company from the ground up and brings a strong network of trusted contacts that form the virtual finance team you need to really drive your business to scale.
